During festive seasons or sale periods, order processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch orders at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

We maintain a simple and transparent structure for shipping fees:

• Flat ₹80 shipping charge on all orders below ₹1899

• FREE Shipping on orders above ₹1899

These charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

• 3–7 business days for metro cities

• 5–10 business days for non-metro and remote areas

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or regional restrictions. While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information. Incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or unavailability during delivery may result in failed delivery attempts. Additional re-shipping charges may apply for resending returned orders.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our courier partners and arrange a replacement if required.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
